I think most of you know that I push vigilance because it is key to Freedom plus I keep saying that the choice is Ours! Which it is! I find even after nearly 8 years of Smokefree living that with the change in Seasons especially Winter to Spring THAT when I finally sit down after working in the yard or cleaning up the screenroom I'll get the thought of just ONE smoke would be okay that I deserve it AFTER a job well done WELL that's a downright LIE! I DESERVE! WE ALL DESERVE TO IGNORE THAT LIE! AND HANG ON TIGHT TO THE BEST GIFT THAT WE'LL EVER GIVE OURSELVES WHICH IS THE GIFT OF LIFE! Let the change of Seasons happen let life happen AND lets continue living a life of Freedom because it's a MUST if we EXpect live LIFE as an EXer!
When I get that thought I'll give my head a shake and remind myself that I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE! 😁👍
