Tried to go to work today, but while I was driving the light and noise really overwhelmed me and the headache is back.  I need to go to the ER for a shot, but I've tried calling a couple of neighbors and they aren't home.  They won't give me the shot at the ER unless someone is driving me home, and I can't find anyone.  Sorry to be whiney, but I'm stuck.

Thinking good thoughts for you my friend, I really pray that you can get a hold of someone to take you for the shot. I can relate to these debilitating headaches. Thank goodness we don't smoke anymore.

I am so sorry you are in such pain.

How about a cab?  How about someone you haven't asked before?  How far is your workplace?  Maybe a coworker?  Keep calling your neighbors  People really do want to help you know.  I know people call an ambulance for less.....and then maybe a cab home?
