I'm going to my Aunt and Uncles funeral this morning my Aunt passed away 2 summers ago her husband my Uncle who's my Dads brother passed last Summer, they were both cremated and are finally being laid to rest! Covid played a huge hand in the delay AND  several family members lives in different Provinces including their only son my Uncles name sake who was diagnosed with throat cancer last Summer just before Uncle Floyd died, they operated and got all the cancer BUT he can't talk anymore thankfully he's alive thank goodness he's only 56, I'll get to see him today, He was a smoker now he speaks through a voice box! I'm rambling my friends and Fellow EXers BUT I want each and everyone of us to treasure the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE!!! Our lives deserves so much more than the damned Nicotine Poison!!! Life is Short!!!! Relapsing isn't the answer EVER!!! Living life on life's terms is super fantastic ONCE you get through the roller coaster ride into that good place in your quit where you realize just how much better life is as an EXer!!! The CHOICE is Ours!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
