I am on my first FULL day of being a non-smoker, and I say that because even though YESTERDAY was officially my Quit Day, I slipped ALL DAY 😞
I am going to take the advice of this site and try thinking of it as a "One day at a time" thing today, tomorrow...forever...
I'm goin to the gym today, like I do every day now, and am going to forget that I ever was a smoker to begin with. If I can do that, then each craving will just be an uncomfortable anxious minute that I have to get through, instead of an excuse to cave on my Quit, right?
I'm sure each day will get easier, but for today, I'm not going to smoke!
