Think of the good you will be doing to your body by not smoking anymore.  Every day your lungs will get cleaner.  You will have more energy and be able to smell things and taste things better.  Your skin will look brigher and healthier.  You will feel so much more alive with energy.  You will sleep better and therefore awake refreshed.  Keep it up.  The rewards will be great!
