Some people take daily cholesterol lowering meds..

some people take daily insulin ....

some people take daily blood thinners

Some people take daily anti-depressents.

All we have to do daily is Not take nicotine.

week 1 for me was hard.

week 2 is way easier.

but my daily dosage of being nicotine free comes from this site.

I appreciate your kind words....truth is my attempts at quitting in the past always fell short —-because I always tried to do it alone —-I then stumbled on this site and it’s amazing to me the difference in my mindset —I actually feel like I can win this battle if I just treat it like a daily challenge. The support/info from this site is nothing short of GREAT...anyway thanks again and have a great nicotine free day.
