I'm actually here. My 1st day without a patch. I did the whole step down process from day 1. 1-800-QUITNOW, Becomeanex.org, fantastic support from Family and Friends, I quit 2/14/2013. This is amazing, and I will continue to blog on and stay connected for support, experience, strength and hope for myself and others.
