There is no time like the present!

Today is a gift, that is why it is called the present. Also, there is no good time to quit smoking like the present! Like I said in my status, my gift to myself is to not smoke any more.

I am happy to say that I have smoked my last cigarette. I think I have more, but I am done. They will be thrown away along with everything else that reminds me of smoking. I have come up with a list of 39 things, so far, that I can do instead of smoking. I feel good about this time in my life. I know that this is my chance to get free, and start to live well, without addictions.

I appriciate all of your concerns, and your warm wishes and love. I am commited to this. My head got too big last time, but this time I will make it.

I just want to thank all of you for everything. If it were not for you being here, I would not have the strength or inclination to make this journey.

Thank you all. Happy New Year!
