Let all of the hands here reach out to you and pull you back when you feel like giving up. You are not alone anymore dealing with this addiction we all care and want to help each other here. Please don’t push everyone at this site away when you get an urge to smoke this place can save your quit if you reach out and say the word HELP to us. These are just my thoughts at the moment I wanted to put out here.
I’m still smoke free I’m just resting trying to get my shoulder better and still in physical therapy for now. I’m typing with one hand still I can’t move my left arm forward much yet. I hope everyone has a nice night.
