The struggle includes feeling antsy, fidgeting, face getting hot and red ... Hands a bit shakey, deep breathing, bursts of crankiness .... Goodness.   But ISNT FREEDOM WORTH IT ALL!! BEING FREE IS WHAT WE WANT SO GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION... going for a walk now staying busy today. This too shall pass

It WILL pass - and the better you get at dealing with the withdrawals, the quicker that will happen.  Let that addiction know who's BOSS!!!

You are WOMAN!  I hear you ROAR!

Hey Tachy!  Hope you had a better weekend.  Curious how it's going for you and hope you made it thru the weekend to Day 6, I think?  I just climbed in bed on Day 15.  Still haven't smoked and I went thru horrible withdrawal stuff like you are but it is all mostly gone now after only two weeks!  Patches help big time with cravings.  Let's hang in there.  We can do this!

Hi Rachy!  Doing good.  Thanks so much for checking in on me!!  I am happy to say I'm still hanging in there.  Gets a bit easier each week.  Stepped down to 14mg (step 2) patches recently and that was tough the first few days...had lots of cravings all over again.  But not too bad overall.  I survived. Lol

How have you been?    Is it getting any easier for you yet?  I sure hope so and that you're still smoke free!!!  Counting down the days until I'm 60 days quit.  Can't believe how time is flying by now.  First few weeks felt quasi torturous
