After 40 years of slavery to the damned Nicotine Poison with at least a half dozen failed attempts at trying to quit emphasis on TRYING otherwise one of those failed attempts would've stuck! Looking back, I honestly don't think I ever thought I would quit BUT thankfully finding out that I have copd was JUST what I needed to brighten up AND take my life back! If you were to ask me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if you ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES with a huge smile on my face! 😁 Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort AND kicking Nicotines Butt into Oblivion permanently is TRULY the GIFT OF LIFE!!! I still smile at each and every Day WON!!! 😁
