The significance of my 20, and other things in life...

Hey Guys,

I am back with my weekly update. But this week, I am crossing a very important milestone (personally).

I celebrate my birthday on the 20th of Jan, and the number 20 has been what I consider my lucky number.. 😄

I was looking forward to writing this post just to mark this occasion. I am sure there will be an entry for 20 months and 20 years as well. Manchester United winning the 20th Title just makes all of this even sweeter!! 😉

So whats new this week:

1. I have decided to take the next step to cut down my drinking as well.

2. My dreams about me smoking in them and feeling bad about it have stopped (I hope for good)

3. I have been introduced to the 130 days concept by all you Ex-perts - reading up on it as much as I can. Infact now that I think about it, my earlier quits have failed during this period. Will work a strategy to cope better this time!!

4. The coughing has reduced considerably - waiting for it to go away completely.

5. Now all of my friends know I have quit and they are pretty interested to know how I managed to do it, refering people to Alen Carrs book and websites like this.

So in all a very good week. 🙂

Hope all of you are having a strong week too.. Thanks again for making me feel good about myself.

Cheers

And today's date is 20 + 10.  Congratulations on 20 days!

It is good that you now understand that No Mans Land was your downfall before.  Stay vigilant and use the tools that got you that far.  As long as  you are prepared and understand that they will pass quickly, the crave ambushes will have no power over you!

Stay committed!
