Getting back to healthy again , yay !

Had this been twelve years ago , I would not have cared about my life or covid . I would have quite likely smoked or rather had to smoke through most of this . So I'm very grateful my persistence to keep going over these years continues to give me more reasons to stay quit and pays back with a huge reward.

I wasn't anxious to get out there for a cigarette at any time , nor did I need blank # of inhaler puffs extra in order to get through it .

Two more days and I'll be set free from isolation but in the meantime deep cleaning bit by bit washing down everything!

It brought me back to when I used to wash walls in one home ( I used to consider myself a clean house keeper and took pride in that in my house . I used to smoke in that home ( kids had grown ) but wow the cleaning I did in that house , walls and windows , furniture etc and wow the yellow cloths and smell .

The same when you get sick , everything it seems feels sick in your house until you get in there and clean . That's what I am doing now , cleaning , washing etc . It's beg Ning to feel like he me again .

Quitting smoking is like cleaning out your cupboards ... things get a little messy  before they get clean , but in the end it's all worth it . One closet to the next , it won't all happen n one day but each day gets easier .

Newcomers I have not forgotten how hard the beginning is . Just want to encourage you to keep busy k .... distract delay , drink some hot or cold beverage like cinnamon tea or hot  lemon water , write a bit in a journal for yourself , walk . You are going to get through this with just a little more patience ok . Keep going . You are awesome !
