Today was Nov 18th, and August 12th was the last time I smoked... haven't counted the days exactly, but in months, that is three plus six days!!! Although I've quit at least a dozen times over the thirty-six years I smoked, I never seemed able to get past that approx three months mark! Well sonofagun, I have now!
Thanks to the support and inspiration of you Elders out there, and youngsters alike, this has been my longest, strongest quit ever!!
For all you more recent quitters out there, please, a day at a time.... you'll see!
