The things that I learn about quitting can be the same as the many lessons I've learned in my life... The main thing, it always gets better. It gets easier, but even when you seem to have a cloudy day, there will always be another bright one around the corner. You can't give up just because the going gets tough. As Robert Frost said, "The best way out is always through." Besides, with out the darkness, how would we be able to appreciate the light? If all the days were easy and smooth, we wouldn't be able to truly appreciate them. Just keep going through the tunnel of this quit, and eventually, there will be a light at the end. A light of air and good health, a light in which you cravings have past away with this old habit that was merely a part of your former life as a smoker. It gets better and it gets easier, but if you give up, you can only go back to where you are.
