Well I was 20 days quit and started back, I am so disappointed in myself along with the disappointment of my family. I can not understand why this time is so difficult. I thought everything was going so well, and then, well I have no explanation. I thought I could do it again without help, but I guess not. I think I will try the patch. I am so tired of having this terrible habit and trying to beat it. I will have to start all over. Hang in there guys the guilt is not worth it.
