I quit smoking last month for five days with the help of Welbutrin.  I gave in after five days, I didn't have the support I needed.  I went off the drug and have now resumed and have scheduled my quit date for July 22.

This is something I really need to do for myself and for the people who love me.  I have two grandsons and a third one to arrive sometime in November.  They are really important to me and are great kids.  Ethan is four, Alex is two and they are a total handful.

Hi and welcome to the site! Congrats on deciding to quit! I came here - did some reading to prepare (see below) and then stayed for the support, which is great! I quit and that was 2 years ago!! And - that was after smoking for 40 years! So, you can do this! Stick around - read!! Keep blogging!
