If we've got the right mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to so quitting the horrid nicotine poison and sticking to it is TRULY GIVING OURSELVES THE GIFT OF LIFE that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year!  N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever N.M.W ~ No Matter what will keep our precious quits in TACT! YAY for Freedom!
