The anniversary that never was

Tomorrow should be my one year quit anniversary.  Instead if will be day 4.

Just hoping to provide a little inspiration to any of you having a tough day.

I would love to be celebrating tomorrow, instead I am refighting the same battle over again.

I have been to 8 months this past quit and over a year when I had my daughter and 8 months during another quit.  Wow...what year anniversary should I really be on???

Protect your quit and dont let another anniversary pass you by....even if you measure your success in minutes, hours or days...

Hey BTW - where is the best place to get one of the snazzy quit meters for my page...I have never actually put one of those up in the past year and figure it would be great since this time I will never have to reset it....EVER!!!!

Lovin' me some deep breaths this morning.

Tomorrow will be the first anniversary of the day you learned how to quit! It wil be the 4th day that you have put your education to work for you!

Ah, but the anniversaries that will come..... will make all the struggle worth it.

As far as quit meters, I would suggest you  find one you like on someone's page and click on it.  I believe it will take you to that site where you can make your own.  Or try this link:  http://www.freeflashtoys.com/myspace-countdown-clocks

Stay strong.

Hi Jaime, What matters is that you are here now.  You've had some good quits in the past, so you know what to expect.  Before you know it, your daughter will be coming home from school talking about the evils of smoking.  And you will be glad she is telling you what she's learned, and not begging you to stop. You want to make this your last quit, i can tell.  Keep loving those deep breaths.

Can't wait to see that quit counter on your page Jaime....it really does motivate you to STAY quit (only because it's a pain in the     ass  butt to set in the first place so you REALLY don't want to have to reset it!!!LOL!   Welcome back Jaime!!!  This is doable...you know that!!!!!  Congratulations on Day 4!!
