My quit was set for 2/1 a couple of weeks ago - it seemed a safe distance away and I relaxed......but now it's almost here.
I visited the doctor today and he heard some wheezing in my chest and I have to go for a breathing test. I watched my mother die of emphysema. It was not a quick or easy way to die.
I have to stop - even if I am the Queen of Denial.
Any support would be so appreciated!
