That's all a few people do there is tell people how great ecigs are but

they never gave up the nicotine addiction themselves.

Smoking is bad for your body yes but they forget nicotine is still their master.

I was ready to blow a gasket on them.  Hoped I helped some.  Now to get rid of the spammers.

As Llng as nicotine controls you, all you can be is a spokesman for nicotine.

This is why we want to help all you new quitters.

the habit of smoking is one part.

the addiction is quite another.

We can help you with both.

If you don't give both up? One will draw you back to the other

I'm coming in late on this. I can't believe those idiots! Sorry to get us involved with those guys. I had no idea what their real agenda was. Nicotine addiction is hard core. I'm glad that most people realize what the truth is! Unbelievable. All i have to say is NOPE!!!!

Yeah I found it and added my own 2 cents.  I'm glad to see that whoever moderates there has taken down the e-cig propoganda.

These people are so frustrating.  They keep trying to evade the truth of the matter by pointing out that 'the smoke from smoking causes the most health risks and not nicotine'.  HOW can they be so blind to see that it is the nicotine addiction that keeps drawing people back to the smoke in the first place?  Not to mention that nicotine is a poison.  They are clearly there to push their own agenda and have no real concern about truth and the safety of others.  The fact that they keep attacking jonescarp's person rather than addressing his concerns is an obvious attempt to discredit him through malicious slander.  Their constant use of the strawman tactic, a ploy used to distract from the topic at hand, makes it clear that they have no leg to stand on and are coming to the ex facebook page to subvert and corrupt those that would have freedom from nicotine.

These people are minions of big tobacco, willing pawns in a silent war for human life.

Hello, My name is Dale. I was quit 18 months before joining this site and had participated on another site during that time. I learned a lot there and brought it with me. I joined this site the first week of August 2008. I didn't pressure myself to quit. HOW I QUIT I didn't count, I didn't deny myself to get started. When I considered quitting (at a friends request to influence his brother to quit), I simply told myself to wait a little longer. No denial, nothing painful. After 4 weeks I was down to 5 cigarettes from a pack a day. The strength came from proving to myself, I didn't need to smoke because I normally would have smoked. Simple yes? I bought the patch. I forgot to put one on on the 4th day. I needed it the next day but the following week I forgot two days in a row I put one in my wallet with a promise to myself that I would slap it on and wait an hour rather than smoke. It rode in my wallet my first year. There's nothing keeping any of you from doing this. It doesn't cost a dime. This is about unlearning something you've done for a long time. The nicotine isn't the hard part. Disconnecting from the psychological pull, the memories and connected emotions is. :-) Time is the healer.
