So I have this recurring dream where on occasion I am smoking cigarettes - It started when I began my quit where I buy a pack and smoke every single one without stopping until they were gone -as I have progressed in my quit and been successful the amount of cigarettes I smoke in my dreams have decreased - so last night I had the dream again and I was smoking one cigarette and as soon as I finished I felt this terrible sense of guilt and referred to myself as failure and didnt know how I was going to tell all my friends on this website that i had smoked a cigarette (yeah I got a bit psychotic lol ) Needless to say I woke up and was very glad to realize that in fact it was a dream. Funny how this cigarette addiction will try every which way to get you to start again. If I wasnt as strong minded as I am today and have all the support I have come across on this website I would probably be having a cig right now. I do however wonder how long does this continue - has anyone else experienced this??
