I know that most people say that want they will quit the begining of the year, and you say to your self I dont want to be one of those people, because they usally failed at it. But it is time for me to really stick to this, for my health and future.
Over the years I have lost motvation and most aresof my life, but know am ready to get back o track. so I think that excersise,"something that use to like to do" will be part of my plan and patches.
I dont have much so I will start with faith and motavation.
