Thanksgiving

Hey Ya All, I sincerely hope everyone has a wonderful holiday.  This is one of my favorite times, probably because I love to cook.  I thought I may have a difficult time since I always took breaks throughout the day as I cooked.  But I have been off all day baking my pies, bread, cranberry sauce, sweet potato caserole and honestly, it did not bother me to not smoke.  I'm ready to put that bird in the oven early in the morning, start the rest of the dinner....AND for the first Thanksgiving (in over 40 years) not smoke...that I am most grateful for.
