I truly thank all of you for your support. I have come to rely on your comments and support. This is just really much harder than I thought it would be. It's hard to imagine my life without cigarettes. They have become my friend and help when I'm lonely or happy. I have invented something that is helping. I took a McDonald's straw and cut it to the length of a cigarette. I then took a used filter and put it one end and I puff on it. I can still get the taste of a cigarette a little bit. I went two days without eating because I knew the craving would be bad after I ate. Today I ate anythingthat didn't move. LOL. I recently lost 62 lbs. and do not want to put it back on. My children are not being supportive at all. I think it's because i have tried so many times before they are assuming I will fail again. So that being said you guys are my only support system. Thank you for that.
