Will be 5 years on Nov. 1 since My Quit and not one single puff. A 32 year stupid, filthy and unhealthy addiction.
Everybody can do this and every smoker should Quit. Keep it going my friends.
We're doing it! But 5 years is a fantastic accomplishment and I congratulate you. I'm 216 days in after smoking for 53 years and couldn't be a happier quitter.
I will have 3 years November 5th...We have some fun November quitters around I hope you will stop back to celebrate! xo

Will be 2 yrs on 9/25/15 since I quit. 38 yrs of this disgusting habit...whew!! I'm so glad I'm done!!
