I am feeling much better thanks to my friends here on this website. I am still scared but I feel like I can go on. I have quit smoking pot and now I have to work on quitting cigarettes. I know that I can do it with your help.
Please get help.We are not professionals,we are fellow quitters. You mention in another blog that you have clinical depression. If you have a doc for your depression contact him or her or your primary care.
Certain medications are affected by nicotine levels and a lot of folks self-medicate with nicotine and other substances.
Please seek help from a Professional.we are well-meaning but this is a health issue. You wouldn't ask on here how to fix a broken leg.I am glad you spoke up here.
It sounds like your really suffering, I agree that you should seek some professional help. Quitting everything at once is hard and it's going to make you depressed at times but your case is extream please call your doctor they can help you with some type of medication to help with your nerves and depression once you get that under control we're here to help you quit smoking!
Please listen to all the above. Depression as you will know can be serious. Unfortunatly the more depressed we are the less likely we are to be motivated to get help Please keep this in mind and consider the good advice to seek professional help will be in your best interest. We are here for you to help with your quit. Be kind to yourself and if you are a beliver pray and ask the Lord to take your hand and walk you through this. Be Bless and Please Take care
