Thank all of you who have wished me a happy birthday. I had enjoyed it very much without a cigarette. I did not have a birthday dinner this year but that's ok. But I had fun at my sister's birthday party. I got to see her family and my sisters and brother was t here and long with friends it was a blast. I got my hair done which cost me $30.00. And it still hurts but the pain will go away in due time. And my hair looks good. I wish that I can send a picture of my hair. I can't believe that It will be 4 more years and I will be 40. I'm worried about that but it's a blessing and I want a birthday party on my 40th birthday because I will be down on that day. But I will not smoke another cigarette. Smoking cigarettes took my teeth away. Now I'm wearing dentures and I'm only 36 years old. I remeber when I was 17 years old, I used to think that smoking a cigarette was fun and games but now 19 years later, I'm saying that it's not fun and games. It can kill you and I will that people can see that. or maybe they see it and can't quit smoking. I know that it's hard but it can be done. I did it and it took me years to do so. My friend Tevares is proud of me but she can't quit herself. She won't use the patches or anything to help her quit. She is trying to use me to help her quit but I live in a different city from her. I don't know what to do to help her. I've mailed her the Easyway to quit smoking by Allen Carr but she won't read it. I don't know what else to do. I don't think that she is going to quit.
