Didnt want to quit.....

I didnt want to quit... didnt see my self quiting in the next few years... i tried it once... made it a whole three days. But when the price of cigs went up... well i simply cant and wont pay that much for somthing thats gonna kill me any way. Quiting is the second hardest thing ive ever done!! I know ill be ok... though i didnt realise how much of my life would be a trigger. Smoking was connected to everything i did from the time i woke up till the time i went to sleep. I smoked for fifteen years, two packs a day for the last 10. Its been a hell of a few weeks!!!
