I am approaching 4 years smoke free! Not one of the best decisions, but the best decision I ever made
in my life! to quit! Its hard to believe its almost 4 years!! I can remember that day like yesterday. Today
I truly have tears welling up in me because It really brings me tears of joy to think that I am really smoke free
this long! I never forget the support I received from friends here! I recently told some friends about this site
recently quit smoking. I know I should really visit here more often! But I wanted all the newbies to know, if you utilize the tools and the support on this site you can do it too! I would never have believed I could be smoke free this long. I was an almost 3 pack a day smoker. But I can proundly say that almost 4 years later I am smoke free!! I made a choice that day 4 years ago to stay smoke free 1 day at at a time! and 1 day lead to 1 week and 1 month and 1 year and so on! So as I always come back to say! Thank you Ex and friends! Keep up your quit! N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever!
