Tapping /STRESSED

you know... so I watch the video on tapping to decrease your urge for tobacco after that I went to a store and was really stressed out and I was with my mother who is stressing me out more and I decided to just cool down and I started camping to see if that would help I put my arm up on the rack to do it discreetly and started tapping my forehead and it actually worked as I was deep breathing and just calmed me down being that I’m bipolar also I was having kind of a moment and I knew it . Yet it actually helped ,so just so you know I didn’t think it would , but it did help just an FYI. 💋
