He was more like a monkey on my back. I sent him packing. Was is  easy sometimes. Some times I had to fight like hell. Never give up on your self you will and can get it right.

Milestone, my longest quit

Some of just take a little longer and a cupple tries to do this. I know I am in NML and I have had a wicked urge a few days ago. I will just stay the corse.  its just and urge it will pass, some of them can be strong and some are jusst a passing thought. No I am not endorseing a relapse. Recomedation you don't want relapse.

Thanks for supporting me and getting back on the road to be smoke free. I know i will always be an addict to nicotine.

I use to be a heavy drinker. For some reson, it was easier to give that up. I can now have one and none  for months at a time. Not so with cigerats. One will do me in.

Renee,  that ground hog was cute with the little slippers but I'm glad you kicked him to the curb!     You are a strong lady and have given much encouragement on here.    Congrats on hitting your longest quit and I plan on being here and seeing you post the end of NML, and on to the 6% club.

Renee – I was thrilled for you when you broke your record at 31 days the first time.  Breaking it at 39 days is even better!

Congratulation Renee! I know you can kick those urges in the but. I will be hitting one month on Tuesday. The past week has been horrific, My neighbor is driving me nuts. I'm still smoke free and you will be too. I love you girl and stay safe from those urges.
