Having a craving? Run your fingers over these words:

I CAN DO THIS. I AM DOING THIS. I CAN QUIT. I AM QUITTING. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Then take a BIG deep breath... and do it again and again until the craving passes!

This is just a little sample of self programming to build positive thoughts and help you quit. Staring into the computer screen to do this can't hurt either. The bright light can have a hypnotizing effect on us (no scientific data to support that, just first hand experience with screen coma... LOL)

You are too funny. Love the positive post!

I use the technique often although with slightly different words. I found it helps too chase away the urge before I have a chance to obsess over it - just seems to make my life easier when I don't allow my thoughts to dwell on it.

yea, i touched the screen, my husband ask me what are all those fingerprints on the screen for. i told him, it was for him that i did it lol
