Having a craving? Run your fingers over these words:
I CAN DO THIS. I AM DOING THIS. I CAN QUIT. I AM QUITTING. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!
Then take a BIG deep breath... and do it again and again until the craving passes!
This is just a little sample of self programming to build positive thoughts and help you quit. Staring into the computer screen to do this can't hurt either. The bright light can have a hypnotizing effect on us (no scientific data to support that, just first hand experience with screen coma... LOL)
