Share your quitting journey
Today I decided to step out of my comfort zone and get some help. I decided I can not possibly quit smoking on my own and without tools. Healthy tools like support, advice, a community. I always tried to go it alone, "Cause I'm strong and I can do this by myself." "I'm sooo independent, and I don't need any of that hippy stuff."
Today I decided to stop making excuses. I obviously never really WANTED to quit before. I gave it no effort. Not real effort. I was only answering to myself and I knew EVERY time I would go back to my best friend. Well TODAY I decided to try something new and break that cycle. ONE DAY AT A TIME and it's always TODAY.
