THURSDAY'S FREEDOM TRAIN

     Good afternoon friends. We are going to travel by air on the FREEDOM Plane to Bangladash. 27 yr old shaheen is eagerly awaiting our arrival. His posts are always upbeat and bring a smile to my face. His advice to those wanting to quit, "Believe in yourself .. nothing is impossible" We have been cleared for landing. Sit tight and momentarily we will see shaheen boarding the plane. Here he is with his winning smile. Welcome aboard and Congrats on your entry into the TDC with 100 ash-kickin' days behind you:) Buckle up! We are headed home to the states and to the FREEDOM Train. If everyone is settled in, we will head to New Castle Del. to pick up Pat, another TDC entrant with 100 smoke free days. Pat has 2 sons and 2 grandsons, likes collecting lighthouses, reading, walking and computer time. Hop on up and have a seat. WTG Pat!!!!!!! Another TDC honoree is Stonecipher in Pennsylvania. A "grandmother who refuses to stop playing in the mud" ( me too ) she loves JESUS, her family, Pink Floyd, the outdoors, music, reading, writing, children, Nature etc. Stone says, "that in order to be happy .. she must be creating something. Well you have created a fantastic quit of 100 days and we are here for you to come aboard and join in the festivities. High Fives!!!!! Ivtigger is our nEXt lady. She is in Fitzgerald Georgia. A single mom of 3. She has had recent surgery and hasn't been that active on EX. Let's have you climb these steps and be seated nEXt to a friend. Hats off to you on 50 days smoke free!!!! Onto Lancaster Pa. ( love this little town ) Mikecity makes this place his home. There are so many good things to do according to Mike ( I agree ) Mike says that "Life in the city is a good life" Know what else is good? Your one year as a non smoker. Cheers for you Mike. Step up and party away with those that are here to shake your hand. Nice job there!!!! Off to Michigan. Our very own Miss Sunshine has a BIG day today. Matt and her three sons are already cheering for our Marcie with 500 days  and not one puff. This cutie pie girl has strong faith in GOD, loves being with her family, listening to her son's heavy metal music, snorkeling, camping, exercising, painting and get togethers with family and friends. I am so darn PROUD of you .. so PROUD!! You have worked through adversities and still claimed your quit. Marcie is one of our hugest supporters in addition to her behind the scene work. Her heart pounds loudly with the love she shares so willingly with all of us. Come take your seat of honor young lady. We are ready to celebrate with you!!!!!!!! Massachusetts is our final destination. Molzep ( Molly ) is a married mother of three. She likes her life as it is now, free of smoke, and no longer wishes to hurt her body. I see in my notes that you are at 1000 days of FREEDOM. May I be the first to Wecome you to the Quad Squad? Climb the steps and as you do, hear the applause for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What a ride!!!!! Great quits, great people, now we need great food, music and a whole lot of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
