HELLO,  I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL AT THE EX,  ESPECIALLY THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE MESSAGED ME, AND ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE THOUGHT OF ME.  YOU HAVE TOUCHED MY HEART.  MY JOURNEY CONTINUES, BUT I AM NOT ALONE. I HAVE SO MANY SPECIAL FRIENDS HERE WHO WALK WITH ME.  I HAVE HAD MY UPS AND DOWNS BUT HAVE BEEN SMOKE FREE AGAIN FOR OVER SIX MONTHS.   I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT ALL OF YOU.   I STILL LOVE MY WEIGHTS AND MY BIKE RIDING.
