I made it to Friday. Today is day 46 without a smoke and day 5 without any nicotine. Day 3 without nicotine almost got me, but I stayed the course. Day 4 was so much easier. I'm learning how to refocus my attention elsewhere. Instead of dwelling on the fact that ....I used to Sm_*K* when I did this or that. I'm refocusing on how great it is to have 2 hands free while I'm doing this or that. My next quilt will not smell like a cigarette. I hated pulling up flowers and weeds with a cig in the mouth getting smoke in my eyes. Coffee tastes so much better. Can sit for an entire game of dominoes without headed out for a you know what. I find I really enjoy Guitar Hero (70's wild child in me). Anyway, I'm ready for the weekend and look forward to my life with the smokes. Today is day 46 without a smoke and I will not smoke today.
