I am feeling a little under the weather today (I think some stress is catching up with me.), so I am going to make this a short post.
SuzyQ411, I want you to know that I am holding space for you and for your son. Please let me know how I can help you guys. You have always been kind to me (I first met you on Quitnet.), and I want you to know that you guys have me in your corner.
Good news this past week:
My cervical cancer screening came back normal.
Bad news this past week:
A creditor filed a lawsuit against my husband, to the tune of $7,600. We found out yesterday. At this time, I am not sure how we are going to pay for it, but we are very careful with our money, so we will continue this route and have faith.
My very good friend April was around someone with a pending COVID-19 test. I am praying that person tests negative. The last thing April needs is for that person to test positive.
Cute news this past week:
For the past few days, the black and white kitten had been hanging around outside alone. Mama Small (Mommy Cat) and the black kitten have been out and about due to the warmer temperatures, but the black kitten returned this morning for breakfast. The black and white kitten has allowed me to pet it, and it has even rubbed up against me so it can say, "You are mine!"
I am really working on focusing on the good and accepting the bad. Some days it is easier than others, but I keep telling myself to live in the moment. I have everything I need for today.
