WELL IT HAPPENED!  My last attempts at quitting were always ultimately destroyed by me getting upset and running to a cigarette.  Today I had a big fight/problem/incident with someone job related, I left to never go back and came home and sat on the front porch and cried and NOT ONCE did I crave a cigarette.  I tell you this is HUGE for me.  Very HUGE!  I think I am finally free!!!!  #434 DAYS.

Congratulations on your success.  It is great when you know that you know that you know NOPE and nothing can change that NO MATTER WHAT is happening in your life.  I hope things work out for the best for you.  Good Job!

THIS is your AHA moment - keep how wonderful it feels to learn to DEAL with your problems in the forefront of your mind.  You can recall it then in the future to inform your choice then, too!

Happy for and proud OF you!

Hang in there.  It's gets so much better.  Most important thing, don't let the nicdemon lie to you.  On my last fail, I kept romanticizing about smoking and how wonderful it was.  All LIES!!!!!  It sucked and we all know it, we stank, we couldn't breathe and we were in chains. Welcome to Freedom!
