I am still here reading everyone's blogs, and still reading Alan Carr's book, I am no longer on the patch, but still taking wellbutrin, I have not smoked a cigarette at my work since March, and I work 10 hours a day, yet I cannot get passed the cig in the morning and the cig at night, you think if I can only smoke two a day I would be able to not smoke at all, some day I hope to get on here and tell you all that I finally made it, enjoy your day!!!
