Still here still quit!

Hi eveeryone, 

i know I haven't been here at all..but thought I would stop by to say i am still quit...138 days now...very hard to believe and most days I don't even think about smoking. I am thrilled with being a non-smoker. I can't believe it some days. I have gained about 8lbs..but I really don't care. I can take care of that with some effort into exercise...

Hope eveyrone is well..newbies...its possible!! It's real there is life without sickerettes!
