Still here still Smoke Free

Hey guys,

I am still here and still smoke free, and it gets easier every day. It's been a while since I last checked in, work has been really busy. My boss is having a rough go of it. Her mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in March and passed away last week. It was very traumatic and even though her prognosis was terminal her passing was unexpected this soon. So I am here asking for you to say a prayer for everyone you know who still smokes, because my boss told me her mother always thought she had time to quit and she is no longer here to do that. She left 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren behind. Be a guiding light for someone you love to quit for good.
