Yesterday was my 6mo;s without a cigarette,and it;s great!!!! Yea, I still think about it but thats normal,I smoked for 30 yrs. so it seems like thats what I should be doing,thanks to you guys and my Higher power I don't have to pick up that habit today and I'm grateful one day one minute at a time.Keep trying don't stop trying!!!!

Hey Lori ..6 months looks great on you!!   I too am extremely grateful for not having to act on the occasional thought...and yes after so many years it's normal to have them....I say it out loud and then move on to something else......I'm excited about coming to 6 months nicotine free too!!  Breathe Free
