Still an Ex!!! I'm 136 days quit and looking forward to the six month mark on December 13.
Now and then I have a craving, but they are becoming more rare.
I was thrilled to realize last week that I have days now and then where I don't even think about smoking.
I know from past, failed quits that there will be difficult temptations ahead, even several years out from quit day.
Constant vigilance is the only way. I can't ever let down my guard.
I am loving this. It's wonderful to be nicotine free.
