Me too. I wrote a blog about it because it works for me. I have like no motivation but this time I am determined to do whatever it takes. I could lose a few pounds myself.
Yeah CTM is right. You are fixating!!! remember that just one will bring back all the withdrawals and process all over again. It is not worth it. Take smoking off the table, it is not an option!!!!!
Angel, i don't think you should ignore the craving. once you deal with it, it becomes weaker. i suggest that you think about what's happening when you get the urge. are you hungry? angry? lonely? tired? in other words, HALT. think about what's happening, then address those issues. if you're hungry go eat something, etc, etc. you need to take control, not let the addiction control you.
