Still Hanging In There

Hello everyone,

Still hanging in there, this is day 83 for me.  Yes, I slipped up one morning, but I was told if I don't continue with the smoking, I don't have t start my count over. 

I am so ashamed, I let something smple take me for only that morning, and I don't plan to go down that road agaon.
