Though I'm still in a bit of a psychological war with myself, I am still planning on the Feb 1 Quit. I have been reading the Carrr book that so many of you have suggested. I have to say, it is very enlightening! The whole Little Monster thing is SO true! And as ironic as it may seem, if I follow the books plan to quit, I think thats going to be right around 2/1! Strange HUH??? Anyone read the book & followed his quit plan? I alreadt know how the book ends (LOL), but I'm just curious how everyone esle liked the method? Did anyone not listen to him & use the patch or something??? Thanks for all the encouragement the other day....I really needed it!
