Thankfully we can make the choice to quit smoking and with commitment and perseverance we can stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and with deep breaths we can plow through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where we realize how much better life is without the smokes, it can be totally horrid and the cravings can be almost overpowering notice that I said almost because as difficult as it is in those early weeks it's also absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free...... Believe it because boy oh boy Freedom Rocks.....
It's my oldest grandson Adam's 15th birthday today we enjoyed a little due here yesterday my daughter Mandy took most of the pics with her phone which she'll share with me later and it's also Daniela's Daniela2016 3 year milestone YAY for her splendiferous quit journey WTG my friend and Fellow Exer and most definetly EXtended family XO, isn't LIFE Grand without a Cigarette in Hand
