Step 3: made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of GOD as we understood HIM.

I pray that I can do my daily routine go and live throughout the day without wanting to go home and go to bed because I've decided to turn it over to my HIGHER POWER and let HIM do for me what, through failing experiences I could not do for myself. I surrender, I'm teachable and I'm willing.

I insist on getting my life back HAPPY, JOYOUS and FREE with out smoking.

Pretty soon LORD willing, I will have my own lap top and I be able to ask for help on-line anytime. I do have support, people I can call, meetings and at times the on-line Blog.(Freedom train)

I'm tired of the loose loose, I'm ready to win!

Joyeuxencore, I apologize if I offended you in any way, You don't need me but I need you. I've decided to read the entire book before I judge it. Thank you all for all your SUPPORT and HELP and please don't loose FAITH in me.

I would like to be friends with Leeza, I've been told you share about what life without smoking cigerettes has to offer.(Thomas told me to check you out)

I appreciate you sharing your ideas and opinions on the blogs.    What I don't know by reading your blogs or reading your profile page is are your quit yet or have you set a date?   Are you using NRT or something?     Are you doing readings and legwork (tracking, etc.) in your process.      It just helps me to understand better where you are coming from.

Thanks,

Sharon     100 days smoke free!!!!

Do you have a quit date Priscilla? You can turn this over to God from here to next week but you will have to DO the footwork yourself...

Set the date, do the reading, track your cigarettes, identify your triggers, put together a quit kit...Where are you on all that??? They say the  steps work if YOU WORK them!!! xo

I'm with Sharon in that I don't know whether you have actually quit or not at this point.  You will have to take the plunge sometime, whichever method you use.  There are two steps before number three.  Have you accepted the fact that you are addicted to nicotine or are you still trying to find a way around that?  Once you acknowledge your addiction and what it is costing you, you will be in a better position to commit to not smoking.  You only have to quit a day at a time.

Set a date sweetie, keep that date sacred and God will honor that. Remember if you slip he still loves you no matter what!!! Praying for you.
