Something That Helped Me

Music was a major part of my quit in the beginning.  Due to health reasons, I wasn't very active and very much a fat crabby old man before time.  Anyway, I started listening to music I grew up on and it tremendously improved my whole outlook.  I could lose myself in music as it took me back in time.  It improved my mood and inspired me to push myself into becoming active again to start living again.   I now sit back every evening and listen to music

Tonight, Joyce and I are on the back porch enjoying some mellow music from one of my favorite bands growing up.  Yeah, I'm still Old, Still Fat, but No Longer Crabby
